NEW YORK----Sept. 19, 2006--Fitch rates Washington Mutual Master Note Trust WaMu Card Series' .25 billion class 2006-A3 floating-rate notes 'AAA'. Class A note holders will receive monthly interest payments of 1-month LIBOR + 0.03% on the 15th day of each month, commencing on October 16, 2006.
